Hello again to one and all. Take Note Band are pleased to announce that as a replacement for
the departing Rob, Dazza has joined our ranks as lead singer and brings with him a wealth of experience. (Check out Dazza's profile) I'm sure you will all join the rest of the band welcoming him to the Take Note Band family and like the rest of the band you will soon realize he is completely insane!! (Like the rest of the band)
Dazza will make his first appearance at The Golden Fleece Stamford on July 10th where Rob will eventually hand over the microphone and hopefully the money he owes us all!!
After an enforced lay off due to ill health Take Note Band are back with new cover songs to compliment their established set. Check out the Set List page.
A new feature of the website is the GUESTBOOK page where your comments are stored for all to see, so not too rude please !!!!

A great night was had at the Northwick Arms Ketton and what a superb new venue this is. With bands on every fortnight it is well worth a taxi share to this friendly pub. Why not have a meal before the band starts.
Fair prices and ample portions!! We love it.

For those who could not make it to The Golden Fleece in Stamford we had a great night and thank you to all who braved the snow and bitter temperatures. By all accounts the place was more packed than normal !!!!
So, where have we been and what is going on? A few answers for you.

New Years Eve was amazing. Thank you Michael at Chesters and all those who enjoyed a fantastic night. (To see the photo's click on the New Year's Eve 2008 page on the left)
We are currently working on a new website. It will be up rated and more professional compared to this site but both sites will be exactly the same in due course.
A new LIVE demo is currently being prepared and this will be about 17 minutes of TakeNoteBand as you like them. Live ! This demo will give an insight to the TakeNoteBand experience.
With new stage attire, more lighting and a few surprises ???? Take Note Band will continue to cement their position as The Live Party Band.
We apologise to the 100 plus people/fans? who have inundated us with feed back and website hits (451 hits on this site since 01/12/08 to 26/01/09) only to find the site has not been up dated since early December. The band has been so busy preparing for this year and upgrading everything we can, particularly promotional material and stage appearance to help us achieve the bands goal and dream. To be professional musicians.

BIG thank you to the 300 plus fans who made Saturday 6th of December so special for the band. It was a new venture for Stamford's London Inn and Wayne from the London Inn was thrilled you all turned out to support us, and his venue.
Take Note Band will continue to support local venues as well as taking the Take Note experience across the country, as we strive to be The Party Band.
We want you, our fans, to feel part of the band. Any song requests you may have, email them to us via the contacts page and, if we feel a song fits in with our style, we will add it to our set list.
We are recording a new live demo (see DEMO'S page.)
We are next in Stamford on February 7th 2009 at THE GOLDEN FLEECE.
A warm and special mention to dedicated fans Jackie and Dave who come to all our local gigs.
